Te Pai Toilet Block

This project was for the demolition of existing Toilet Block located in Te Pai Place located in Auckland’s Western Suburb of Henderson.

Our role as Main Contractors was to build a New Construction of a purpose built high specification pre-cast concrete Toilet Block, to the new Auckland Council model.

Works included demolition, excavation, pre-cast panels, plumbing, drainage and all new services. This toilet block is built on the border of the skate park in Te Pai Park, Henderson. This unique design of toilet block has had the roof built in the shape of a skateboard with the roof simulating colours of a skateboard deck.
