Forrest Hill Home & Hospital located in Auckland’s North Shore is a private hospital and rest home specialising in aged care services.
Our project was to build a new addition of 13 Residential Rooms connecting to the existing building. The residents in this part of the building can be self-sufficient in comfortable single rooms with a well-appointed private ensuite, and also fitted out with wardrobes, side tables and a set of drawers.
As part of the new build, a new Nurses Station, Sluice Room, Linen Room, Mezzanine Services Catwalk, two Day Rooms and external landscaping, Ramps and new Fencing. A new deck was built off the Day Room with a North Facing aspect so residents can enjoy this Sun Trap.
This sun filled building was inspired with a farmhouse feel design with Tongue & Groove Panelling in the corridors and residents rooms. A fantastic facility for the Elderly and Aged Care Community.
