Works included almost a complete rebuild with only a few structural elements of the original three-level architectural designed home retained.
Where possible the building envelope was extended to make the most of its prime location overlooking Mairangi Bay.
Forensic review of timber elements, full reclad and refurbishment to a high level presented the client with a new architectural statement.
The internal upgrades were the kitchen bathroom and a new wine cellar. The external works included re-roof, pergola and exterior landscaping.
