The Construction of a 3 level, 8 classrooms, high quality specified MLE construction, incorporating 8 teaching spaces, and 8 separate breakout rooms.

The building is ultra-modern with robust construction, including A-lign weatherboards;
Kingspan roofing; concrete mid floor and insulated ceiling panels as well as Autex
composition throughout.

The Project included remediation of existing contaminated soil; demolition of existing
relocatable classrooms and extensive drainage upgrades.

The Project was completed on time and under budget exceeding the client and schools expectations.
