Astley Construction were the Main Contractors and were responsible for the Construction of a New 2 Storey 6 Classroom story block, located at Dairy Flat School in Auckland North Shore.
The 6 Classroom Block is a new open MLE building with large door and window openings. It has a lift and two staircases.
The building is a steel structural frame to the first floor with a Hi Bond reinforced concrete deck to achieve the sound and fire resistance required between the first and ground floor.
